We act in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998 N55 "jewellery and other products made of precious metals and (or) precious stones, cut precious stones" (clause 9 as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.09.2015 №994) are not subject to return and exchange if the goods are of proper quality. If you find a manufacturing defect in the jewellery, please contact us. We will definitely resolve the situation.

We remind you that the coatings are not guaranteed as they naturally change when worn. However, you can always refresh the coating with us or in any other jewellery workshop. We advise you to do this every couple of years.

This wonderful metal does not afraid of external influences. To care of the surface of jewellery, we add a special jewellery polishing cloth to each order. Use it to polish metal and stones when needed.
